Anyway, there is still some debate about what the band allows to be traded video-wise. I'm not sure if this is valid debate though because the website statement really does not leave it open for interpretation. It basically says no video. Not a whole lot to interpret there. Anyway, I was just kinda wondering if there were some other sites where people were still doing it in spite of the official statement.

Given that this collection is all about respecting the wishes of various artists, perhaps this isn't an appropriate forum in which to ask?

I would like to propose a modification of your statement just a little in that the purpose of the list is to spread the word for the sake of promoting the music of these bands, within a self governing philosophy that accounts for the wishes of the owners of the music.
In that context, since I've purchased all 15 commercial phish studio albums, every official Live Phish release (23 total), all three Phish DVDs, 100% of the side project cd releases (15 cds), the side project DVD releases (2 not including Vida Blue's which releases this week), a total of 10 live phish downloads, tix to 4 shows and 3 simulcasts...not to mention any number of t-shirts and other merch at shows and my local stores (stickers, patches, etc.)
Phew!
Anyways, what I'm getting at is that given that I've definitely supported the band, I was hoping that I could be allowed some amount of grace on the list to at least ask the question. Since I didn't get any responses though, I guess it's a moot point!
Take care everyone!
